Join us for a two night retreat in sunny Portugal, where you’ll explore the art of fermenting foods through hands-on workshops. Learn to make kombucha, kimchi, and sauerkraut, while enjoying delicious nutritionally balanced meals. Designed for food lovers, wellness seekers, and creative cooks, this retreat blends holistic health, culinary skill-building, and community connection, with discussions & activities on the mind-body connection to nourish both body and soul.

Dakota Rivers
River is a deeply creative multi-skilled individual with a passion for personal growth and wellness. Founder of Lola's Superfoods, a brand showcasing fermented foods and cultural heritage, River is passionate about combining a love of food, creativity, and community through retreats and other business ventures.

Emily Fraser
Emily is a Naturopathic Nutritionist and Yoga teacher with over 20 years experience in the wellness space. Having seen the impact of approaching health holistically for both herself and her son, Emily is deeply passionate about sharing her wealth of knowledge with others on a path to optimal health.
