The space
Nestled among orange groves in a small village in the Santarém district of Portugal, under an hour from Lisbon, is a home away from home - Quinta Esperanza, a spacious fully equipped 3 bedroomed house with the option of additional accommodation in a bell-tent on the land, and an onsite yurt for hosting classes. It is truly the perfect setting for rest and rejuvenation.
A place to heal & recharge
Friends Isobel, owner of Quinta Esperanza, and Emily met through a Facebook group for parents of children with additional needs. Their shared experiences gave them a deep understanding of the unique challenges women face—not only in similar situations to theirs but in life more broadly. Recognising the vital need for rest and recovery, a concessionary accommodation rate is available for women seeking respite outside of retreat dates. In exchange, guests are invited to reconnect with nature through hands-on activities like olive picking, fostering both relaxation and renewal whilst helping on the land.
